The Color Code for Teams
Based on the Color Code personality science, this workshop helps teams understand their own motivations and those of their colleagues. Participants learn to flex their style, reduce friction, and maximize team strengths by understanding how motivation drives behavior and communication. This unlocks insights to improve teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

Proactive Conflict Resolution
Difficult conversations are part of life and conflict doesn’t have to be destructive; why then, are we all so bad at it? Participants learn to normalize healthy disagreement and resolve issues early by leaning into differences with confidence, using structured approaches to resolve disagreements, and recognizing conflict as a natural part of teamwork.

Emotional Intelligence for Problem Solving
Emotional intelligence is rarely taught in a structured way—we usually pick it up by observing those around us, for better or worse. This workshop equips participants to intentionally strengthen their emotional intelligence: recognizing emotional triggers, managing them effectively, and enhancing decision-making by integrating emotional insight.

Stress Management & Emotional Agility
The skill of developing emotional agility – the ability to pivot with clarity, instead of reacting out of habit – is in high demand in today’s workplaces.
